Case Study: Finchley Commercial Building

The Problem

The existing brickwork looked very uneven and tiered.

The Solution

Install 80mm Kingspan K5 insulation boards and render over the existing render with a lightweight render system. In this case we used K Rend’s Thin Coat system which was TC15 white.
